Role - TechSupp Admin

Precondition: The TechSupp Admin is logged in.

Description:

1.TechSupp Admin should have access to the complete knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQ) of the application.

  1. The list of knowledge base and FAQ articles should be up-to-date and regularly updated. 3.The search function for the knowledge base and FAQ should be convenient and efficient so that the TechSupp Admin can quickly find the answers to users' questions.
  2. TechSupp Admin should have the ability to add, edit, and delete articles from the knowledge base and FAQ as needed.
  3. TechSupp Admin should have the ability to track the number of views for each article to understand how effective the content of the knowledge base and FAQ is.
  4. If a user's question cannot be resolved through the knowledge base and FAQ, TechSupp Admin should have the ability to direct them to a technical support specialist.
