Admin panel. View complaints about users' video presentations (CAd-3) #82

Role - Compl Admin

Preconditions:

  1. Compl Admin logged in
  2. Complane is received

Description:

  1. The system shall notify Compl Admin about the received complaint.
  2. The Compl Admin is able to navigate to the complaint.
  3. The Compl Admin is able to check the video presentation for compliance with the application rules.
  4. The Compl admin is able to delete the video and notify the user if the video does not comply with the rules.
  5. The actions that can be taken by the Compl Admin include:
    • warning the user,
    • suspending (temporary blocking) the user,
    • banning the user,
    • removing the inappropriate content.
  6. The users who reported the content or behavior are notified of the actions taken in response to their reports.
  7. The system shall automatically delete video presentations that receive a certain number of complaints within a set period of time and notify the user.
  8. Compl Admin has access to chats to check the messages. The right to check private messages should be written in the T&C.
  9. AI should detect abusive behaviour patterns in the chats, words, risks of inappropriate use like sending inappropriate irrelevant messages and data (wallet address, links, videos, photos.)
