Users are able to submit complaints regarding video presentations.
Description:
The Compl Admin can access the "Complaints" section within the admin panel.
The Compl Admin is able to select filters or parameters to customize the generated reports, such as date range, complaint type, status.
The reports include the following information:
• Number of complaints received within the selected time frame.
• Categories or types of complaints (inappropriate content, harassment, false information).
• User information associated with each complaint (username, age, location).
• Timestamps of complaints were filed.
• Status of each complaint (resolved, pending, rejected)
The generated reports are presented in a clear and organized format (tables or graphs)
The Compl Admin can export the reports in common file formats for further analysis or sharing with other stakeholders.
