Role - PromoAdmin

Precondition:

PromoAdmin logged in

Description:

  1. PromoAdmin is able to view a list of available events, their description, and location
  2. The list of events must be up-to-date and updated regularly.
  3. PromoAdmin is able to contact the event organizer for additional information and to clarify details.
  4. If an event has been cancelled or postponed, PromoAdmin is able remove it from the list of available events and notify users of the change.
  5. PromoAdmin isn't able to create or edit events, they can only ensure their presence in the application.
