[NoMic] Removal in favor of more versatile cog #53

After I spent a bunch of time on this cog without really progressing to much I found out that something similar has already been done on https://github.com/zephyrkul/FluffyCogs/ it's called invoice and is a lot more versatile in functionality. I will be dropping this cog in the middle of August along with Nicknamer.

I recommend users migrate to the invoice cog as soon as possible.
