Mute_DMs #63

Have mute commands send a DM to the user to notify that they have been muted and if they have any issues to please DM the bot

Enhancement suggested by Daniel_Edits#5297 on Firekitten Gaming

This is pending the full mute update. I will see how I can add it into the current hacky-wacky solution.

Started work on this.

Maybe this will be more widely available on the next release

We're making progress. The required PR has been merged upstream and will be available on next release.
