Mark H. (UID: 600413074247385107) was in Fun Room and had the role but the bot assigned him an override to remove his reaction and typing perms for the channel (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/465639800406278146/767194016239583262/unknown.png). Ran a check and there are no current outstanding mutes or anything that would affect that. Seemed like a rejoin fixed but the audit log shows this happened twice. Unsure of what caused this so reporting since audit logs show it was the bot.
