For a potential CRAN release:

[x] Write a simple ITCH-writer
[x] Simulate a small dataset, write to ITCH format, and include for testing/examples
[x] Update Examples
[x] Write unit tests for functions

[x] Add Vignette
[x] When using gzipped file, do not inflate in file's location but in current working directory... (maybe still look for in other location as well...)
