Allow CacheBuilder to supply custom StatsCounter #1685

It would be great to be able to set CacheBuilder.statsCounterSupplier field.
This would allow use of different stats collectors such as codahale metrics 
with ease on existing cache implementations. (then I can take advantage of it 
and use various stat exporters with ease)
