Publicize guava-testlib somehow #1705

There's some cool stuff in there, but probably no one knows about it. And even 
some that do may believe that they shouldn't be using it:

I'm sure you'll get round to writing something up properly for this at some 
point, and I look forward to seeing it. In the meantime, I wrote this short 
intro to building test suites with this with an example project. It may be of 
some unofficial use!
