Add support for the FarmHash family of hash functions

Google release a new family of hash functions for strings named FarmHash , 
please  add this hash function

Do you need this for compatibility reasons? We're a bit hesitant to keep adding 
new hash functions as they pop up without a strong need for them.

Internally, there haven't been any requests for it to be ported to Java. In 
fact, it doesn't look like anyone is even using farmhash in C++ yet either.

If you don't have a specific use case in mind, please close this request.
