Cant find the library #2

Hey, i wanted to try out your code and maybe modefie it to try something out with my Opel Corsa D. I wanted to try your code out as an baseline but i cant seem to find the library you use. Do you know where i can find it?

I was able to compile the Code with this one. I will try it on wednesday because there is when i got the time.
