Great add-on! This makes it much easier to distinguish windows.

It would be nice to add a feature that allows colors to be reassigned on existing windows. Clicking the "colorful windows" button in the toolbar could provide a color palette to redefine the current window. For instance, I would like my email window to be black, my documentation window to be green, etc.

+1 This add-on would be much more useful if (a) the color per window could be selected by the user and (b) the user could elect to disable special colors for any given window.
