Include a web scrapping library as a dependency

We can use a web scraping library to access the html document of a given festivals lineup.

@chunswu is there any particular web scraping package that you know of? I think I used Beautiful Soup for this at one point a tonne of years ago 🤔

I used Beautiful Soup once when I was in my data science bootcamp. But I only used it once and don’t recall much of it lol
