This closes #22

Zooms and pans. Gets rid of actual size toggle in favour of scaling Re-introduces shift keys to ui state for panning with arrow keys.

Good catch on the window resizing. I'll have a look at it.

I'm actually looking at the window resizing. And I kinda don't mind it how it is. I'm not just saying that to make it easy on myself, promise!
