Summoner Spawnrate and Spawning in Other Dimensions #12

Unlike the Primitive Mobs Mod, I've noticed that the summoner has a non-configurable spawnrate that is very high. I wish I could lower this without needing to install custom mob spawner considering that mod is VERY broken and actually breaks the spawning of other modded mobs. Not only that, but I have noticed that the summoner has been spawning in EVERY modded dimension, which is a issue as well. Please fix this. It is REALLY bad. Amazing mod though as always! Thank you!

Does it respect the multimob config?
