How can I make Buttons(RSS Feed, Sight Digest) and footer Invisible #246

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
There should be a way to add the buttons of users and footer with the custom 
text

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

If you don't like the current format as displayed in elmah.axd, you can always 
create your own page using the ErrorLogDataSourceAdapter
