Enemy Spawn Issue #10

Enemy peds wont spawn after a few successful runs, but friendly peds still do. I redownloaded the mod and scripthook but nothings changed

I think that happened to me sometimes too. I will look into it. In the meantime, a possible workaround would be to reload ScriptHookRDR2 DotNet scripts with the Insert key (it can be changed in the ScriptHookRDRDotNet.ini file).
