The new comment UX is terrible #70

Current workflow:

dialog opens
user enters comment
presses post
dialog disappears
time passes
site scrolls to bottom of page (just past the new content, which isn't highlighted)

Desired workflow:

New comment dialog includes a spinner that replaces the post button while the comment is added to site.
New comment is scrolled to and briefly highlight
Comments section of dialog has focus when form is opened
