The List-Tables view must be improved #13

Currently, the List-Tables view has too many columns and has references to 
cryptic names such has 
"tid, initialtime, redid, redscore,...".  We should improve this List-Tables 
view.

Combined the Player-ID with the Score to reduce the total number of columns in 
the List-Tables view.
