We need to localize all visible UI elements

TODO: Need to go over all other UI elements to confirm that they have been 
localized properly.

Most (about 95%) of the visible UI elements have been localized with Chinese 
and Vietnamese support.
I will make one more round of inspection before closing this Issue.
