Cant get this to work with Foundry ver 11 #17

Looks like just what I need but doesn't seem to work with ver 1 build 313, I just get default copy with original in place. Both actors are PC

Unfortunately I have no plans right now to work on this right now as my long running home campaign uses Foundry v8 still.
