Feature to filter between Juniors and Seniors

There will be a new section on the signup page (class) where you can put what grade a user is in.

• The grade will display on a users profile no matter which class the user is in. (done)
• Seniors and juniors will be divided into 2 sections on the page. (done)
• Seniors will be able to earn "admin" privileges and leave "reviews" for juniors.
  • (this would only be seen by seniors and help them to know who to hire based on other seniors' opinions)
• Juniors will show which jobs they are interested in, seniors will show which jobs they are already in and be grouped by them as well.

This issue might take a while to sort everything out (layout, css, get the code to work, etc.) Everything will be done in parts.

• Fixed some css issues on the home page with the layout of the junior and senior profiles.
• Added a section to the profiles to see what job each person has (seniors) or is interested in (juniors).
