Users upload resume files/images to profile #43

When uploading a file it says the file isn't available on the site.

I've changed the choose and upload buttons from taking you to a whole new page to it being integrated on the profile page.

The terminal says the description of the file that was chosen by the user.

The File Upload button now can add the chosen files to the SkillSwap in VScode.

Carmen and I have been doing research on how to get the upload files downloaded and available to view from another page.
