Move site images from imgbb.com #31

I'm regularly having issues with imgbb.com returning "503 Service Unavailable" messages with some or all of the site's images.

It's time to move them all - probably to a storage container on Azure.

All references to images stored at ImgBB.com have now been updated to the images in the FotoStorio Azure storage container.
