Remove redundant GetGitPath, GetGitInfo #36

I forgot that these were here. I added a GetGitPath to PTB and also a GetGITInfo. I then found the ones here and incorporated much of this one's GetGitInfo into PTB's GetGITInfo. I think we only want the PTB version, but may want to check for slightly different behaviors as we consolidate.

e2ab408038c3145d70d356df0a825061341ba89a removes GetGitPath() and GetGitInfo(), and uses the Psychtoolbox implementations.
