I bookmark things in my browser, i visit web pages (web history), i write and recieve emails (and email things to myself), i fav things on Twitter (tweets with or without links)
I would love to have a single place where all this knowledge is available and text-searchable
Being able to prune things manually if they're irrelevant, etc.
