Github attenuation

Personal access tokens are cool, but they do not allow attenuated sharing to a good degree

A service could exist so that :

• you share coarse-grained access to the service
• the service let you create finer-grain access

Finer-grained as in:

• restrict access to only some chosen repos
• restrict write access to only some branches
• restrict write access to only some files
• give access only for some time/until some date/time
• revoke access manually
