no simple "issue" button on social networks to report problems there #2

E.g. on Twitter, the UI encourages me to "denounce" people and report problematic tweets.

But there is no "Report a bug or a feature request" button. Or at least not one that I could find.

(That was also a way for me to remind you/us that GitHub is also a social network, with an efficient notification/stalking system.)
