Incorrect detection of EXT:mm_forum after fresh installation #31

I just installed EXT:typo3_forum on a fresh, empty TYPO3 v8.7.19 instance and stumbled across a note, that EXT:mm_forum was detected (which is definitely not the case).

It's TYPO3 v8.7.19, classic setup (no composer).

Probably only the wording has to be adjusted
