Story

Produce a wire frame of the UI supporting the following use cases

As a user I want to generate a url pointing to an audible pronunciation of my name (MVP)
As a user I would like to upload a custom audio recording of my name (Stretch 1)
As a user I want to use my alias to populate data from our AAD.

Acceptance Criteria:

Have a finalized wireframe
Have mock of UI able to playback pronunciation
Allow input of display name
Allow input of phonetically (in its native script, with diacritics, etc.) pronounceable name.
Allow input of country
