Barebones functionality to record, save and retrieve audio.

User is able to:

[ ] Enter their alias and preferred name
[X] Record their voice
[X] Playback their voice to check
[X] Submit their voice to be saved
[ ] Obtain a url to share
[X] Visit the url link and retrieve the audio + preferred name
