Leader list at top of trip view not connected to leader signups #8

For trips with leader signups, deleting a leader in the trip editing view does not remove their signup from the table of leader signups.

This is a known bug, near the top of my backlog. In the meantime, let me know which leaders you'd like removed, and I can do that manually.

All leaders on the signup who aren't on the list at the top of the page anymore should be removed. The list in the edit trip view is accurate.
