Display connectbot version in Help - patch

It would be very handy to be able to easily view which version of
ConnectBot is currently installed. Currently it is only visible in the eula
when installing. It should also be visible in the help screen.

Attached is a simple patch against svn r159 (2007-12-28) that adds this on
the top of the help screen. Very nice after running "ant update-version".

I put this in r179. I really wanted just dynamic content in our WebView so we 
can
convert the license page to an HTML as well, but there is a silly bug in 
ViewFlipper
that is apparently fixed in cupcake.
