What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://code.google.com/p/caldav4j/
2. click export-to-github https://github.com/ioggstream
3. follow the guided procedure

What is the expected output?

I expect the migration to succeed.

 What do you see instead?

There was an error migrating caldav4j to GitHub.
The error is as follows:

We've unfortunately been experiencing a higher than average number of App 
Engine urlfetch errors, which cause problems when migrating issues. Looking at 
our logs:

creating GitHub issue: Post https://api.github.com/repos/XXXX/caldav4j/issues: 
API error 6 (urlfetch: SSL_CERTIFICATE_ERROR)

If you try again you should be able to export your project. (We've rolled out 
some changes that should improve stability, but it still may take a few trys.)
