Error on Install #16

I'm getting the following error on install:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/website/public_html/wp-content/plugins/DB-Toolkit-master/data_form/class.php on line 5

Thoughts?

The error is that the directory created is 'DB-Toolkit-master' and the function calls 'db-toolkit'. Once I renamed the directory, things worked.
