Server View modifications

- Make the icon bigger(occupy both rows)
- Use more icons, maybe some from the installed applications( like pdf, image 
and so on)
- Show last modified date, size and permissions on every item, similar to FTP 
on the GO.
- Allow multiple selection ( with check-boxes like Contact List or implement a 
custom selection method, like FTP on the GO.
- Add Disconnect Button on the page so you can always log out from the FTP 
server.
- Show server address as first line title
- Show full path as second line title -> multiple line control so longer paths 
can be shown.
