Fix c/p error in reserved event docs & switch their h1 to h3. #12

My last documentation PR contained the 'init', 'entry', and 'exit' event' documentation's header styled with h1 instead h3 as it should have been. Also the documentation for 'exit' contained the words 'entry' due to a copy and paste error on my part.

Great! I also fixed the images for the statecharts in the README yesterday.
