BradleyTerry2 v1.0-6 (the one on CRAN) has a bug that breaks example(qvcalc) #2

The bug is fixed, now, in the development version of BradleyTerry2 that's on R-Forge. So we "just" need to get that development version in good shape again for submission to CRAN, before submitting the new version of qvcalc to CRAN too.
