IDK what to do #6

I drop the zip into my mod folder and it doesnt work, I have no idea how to fix it, I have the most recent 1.7.10 forge

Use the /nbtedit command while looking at entity (e.g. chest)

Does this not count as a mod in the mods list?

Hmm it should, if it doesn't it might not be loaded properly. Do you see it in the logs?

It does but it says this.

[19:36:27] [Client thread/INFO]: FML has found a non-mod file NBTEdit-master (4).zip in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible.

Hmm maybe it was zipped twice? What is in the zip file if you expand it?

It opens up to another file? should I take that out and zip it?

Oh the file it contains is call "NBT edit" I think github zipped a file with the mod file in it

the world crashes if I use the command

which link do we click on to download the NBTedit mod? i clicked the link u sent and it just sent me back to where i went to get it the first time
