PROM reading / writing (256x8 needed) #201

I'd like to read an old MMI 6308. This is a 256x8 bi-polar prom with open collectors. It would be nice if I could also program new parts of this ilk for when these parts fail in machines that I have. Reading is what I really need.

This part seems to be the same or similar to as AMD Am27S23 and likely a host of others, though maybe it's just pin compatible and not timing compatible. I had trouble finding information directly on MMI 6308.

For information only, pinball gottlieb system 1 uses also proms Marking is

6351-IJ

year 78 (manufacturer MMI ?)

I have 4 of them if needed for testing any code (read only).
