Please add support for ST7735 driver used for most 1.8" displays

Thanks for adding this request. However, there are three reasons, why I 
hesitate to implement a driver for RGB controller
1) There is a good library aviable: UTFT
2) Without physical access to such a controller and display it is almost 
impossible to implement the support
3) u8glib is not really efficient with RGB displays.

Thanks for the reply. Guess p.3 is the real answer, as for p.2 I got one on

I will take a look at UTFT which is p.1, but will keep the eye on your
project for updates as the reason for my submission was based
on other requests for color displays support I saw on the project site.

done, but not in u8glib.
