WIP - Elm state machine

• Add elm-stuff to .gitignore.
• Add state-machine.elm and elm-package.json.
• Refactor jumpy-view.ts to use state-machine.elm.
• Remove javascript-state-machine.
• Add a Makefile to facilitate building and madge graph.
