About Page Header Contrast Issue

The header on this page should have a strong enough contrast to see the header text

Actual Result :

There is a lack of contrast. Making it harder to identify the header text

Steps to resolve the issue :

Inside the about.html, added a darker image so that the white text would create better contrast.
