Add deployment instructions #34

This is on hold until #35 is closed (which will simplify deployment!)

To simplify deployment, I created a multi-arch docker image. https://github.com/xbgmsharp/docker-gramps

However in the future that will not even be necessary as I got a PR merged in Gramps itself that makes it installable via pip staring from the next release!
