Dear David, I try to run the code that I have downloaded on 05.06.2020 on a MATLAB version R2019b. But it does not work (I see glimpses of the H and E map but then they disappear). I have used your code on the same MATLAB version before with no issues. Could it be the new downloaded TriDiMap version? Best regards, Asef

Dear Asef, Thanks for your feedback. I run without any bugs NIMS on Matlab 2019a. Some bugs can appear effectively when using TriDiMap in parallel, as some functions have the same name sometimes. Make sure that path management run correctly when you launch NIMS toolbox after restarting Matlab. Otherwise, could you send me a screenshot of the GUI when the bug appears and also error/warning messages from Matlab... Thanks a lot David

Dear David, thanks for your answer. I installed MATLAB 2020a and it worked with no problem. Then I tried it with MATLAB 2019b and the problem was solved by itself. Best regards, Asef

Thanks for your answer. I do not completely understand what using in parallel is. When we use the same code for multiple input data or when we have different copies of the code on the hard disk? Best regards, Asef

Hi,

When you run one of my toolbox, there is a code at the beginning which sets the Matlab search path. Moreover, it happens that I named different functions on 2 different toolboxes with the same filename. The problem is when you run a toolbox which calls the wrong function from another repository that you add previously with this Matlab search path function. When it happens, I advise to relaunch Matlab each time you use a new toolbox... Sorry for that, I try to correct this as much as I can.
