Remove unused NuGet files from source control (they were left over from an old package restore mechanism)
Remove compiled output from source control (the bin and obj directories are excluded from source control, but the files in them were never pruned)
Simplify NuGet packages exclusion
Ignore Visual Studio 2015 per-user solution directory
