Solution cleanup #24

Remove unused solution platforms so it's clear which one is used to build this project.

@DavidRogers Since the AppVeyor configuration file isn't in source control, I can't update that build to use the AnyCPU configuration instead of the x86 configuration it's using now.

@sharwell Thanks! Ill take a look at this when I can, work just got a bit crazy and the holidays are upon us! might be a while...
