Support Jenkins installation on port other than 80 #5

If I provide a Jenkins URL with a specified port (like 8080) Kato ignore the provided information.

I have a simple patch to fix the problem.

@DavidRogers could you please also provide installer with this issue fixed?

Sorry this is so late in coming, but I just published a new installer that includes this fix.
