Regression models on resting data #1

In using the resting-state MEG data from CAM-CAN, was it not necessary to consider doing some sort of temporal alignment of the windows across subjects when fitting regression models?

Hello Anita, Not necessary since we're averaging accross the epochs to compute covariance matrices for each subject
